Terms and Conditions for Booking Party Packages and Non-Refundable Deposit:

1. Booking Confirmation:

 - A party booking is considered confirmed once we receive a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit.

 - The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is required to secure your desired date and time.

• A unique booking reference is sent to confirm your booking is complete and in our diary. 

2. Payment:

 - The remaining balance for the party package is due 7 days before your party date. 

 - We accept payment via bank transfer or any other payment method agreed upon.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

 - The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.

 - If you provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the event, we may be able to reschedule your party to an available date within three months without additional charge however cancellations made with less than 14 days notice cannot be changed and the balance will be due at the original time agreed. 

• We can postpone parties under exceptional circumstances. 
• Failure to make your final payment prior to your party will result in your party being assumed cancelled on your behalf. 

4. Changes to Party Package:

 - We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but additional charges may apply for any changes made after the initial booking. 

• We cannot downgrade packages once booked. 

5. Party Venue:

- It is the responsibility of the client to secure and arrange the venue for their chosen time and date booked with us. 

 - Any additional costs or requirements associated with the chosen venue are the client's responsibility.

6. Liability:

 - While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of all party attendees, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the event. Parents/ guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

7. Force Majeure:

 - In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule the party or provide an alternative solution under your existing deposit.

8. Bouncy castles:

• We apologize for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, our party packages cannot work along side a bouncy castle. Bouncy castles must be put down for our arrival as they effect the service we provide and the loud generators make it hard for guests to hear us and concentrate. If you still choose to hire a bouncy castle at the same time as our service we cannot provide the full experience you have booked.  

        9. Party attendance policy:   - Our party attendance policy states that if more children attend your party than the number you have originally booked, an additional fee will be added for each additional child. This is to ensure that we can accommodate the extra attendees and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

         10. Our arrival to set up:

-Please ensure someone is at your venue to allow us entry 20 minutes before your party start time (2 hour parties). 

• If there is a delay in us setting up due to the above or if the venue is reached late due to the customer sending incorrect address details it may impact the allotted time for the party. In such cases, we may not be able to stay extra beyond the agreed-upon duration. It is crucial to let us into your venue on time to ensure that the party can be set up and conducted as planned. 

                11.final confirmation: 

• Accuracy is crucial when it comes to booking details and addresses. We kindly request that you double-check the information provided to ensure its accuracy and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. We cannot be held accountable for any mistakes you make on your booking form that lead to delays.
