Welcome to our 2-hour princess party! We are thrilled to offer you a fully hosted experience, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the celebration. Our team is dedicated to creating a magical and stress-free event for you and your guests. Here's an overview of what you can expect:
Professional Princess Host: A trained and enthusiastic princess host will be present throughout the party to ensure everything runs smoothly. They will be in charge of coordinating all the activities and keeping the children engaged.
Arrival of the Princess: Our princess will arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to your party start time to ensure we are ready for your guests grand arrival, captivating the children's imaginations as she greets each guest individually as they arrive. She will be dressed in an exquisite costume, creating an authentic princess experience.
Interactive introduction: The princess will enchant everyone with an interactive introduction, taking the children on a journey through a magical fairytale.
Princess Games and Activities: Our princess host will organize a variety of games and activities suited to the princess theme. From the royal instruction game and musical statues to princess trivia and dancing, there will be endless fun for everyone, even the grown ups!
Break for lunch:
we will organise and seat the children for their royal feast that you have provided and spend quality 1-1 time with the children as we work the room and assist you with anything you need! We allow approximately 15 minutes.
Happy birthday/ cake presentation:
We will organise the children to sit down and sing "Happy Birthday" we will create a heartwarming and celebratory moment for the birthday child. We gather all the children in a designated area, such as around a table or on the floor. Arranging the children in a way that allows the birthday child to be front and centre with their princess ready for you to bring out the cake and capture those special moments on camera.
Princess Crafts: The children will have the chance to explore their creative side with princess-themed crafts. From designing crowns or wands to decorating their own hanging bedroom bauble, they will have a delightful keepsake to take home. We ensure both girls and boys have something to enjoy during this activity.
Sing-Along and Dance Party: The princess will lead the children in a live sing-along session, performing your popular princess songs. They will also have the opportunity to dance and showcase their best moves.
Live singing: What a wonderful treat for your guests! Having a princess sing beautifully at
your party will create a magical and memorable experience.
Photo Opportunities: Throughout the party, there will be plenty of photo opportunities with the princess. However we save the last 10 minutes of your event to organise the children for group and individual photos so grab those cameras and say cheese!
Princess Departure: As the enchanting day comes to a close, it's time for our princesses to bid farewell. As the princesses wave their goodbyes and head home, they will leave with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime.
Princess Glitter Makeovers: Every child will have the opportunity to receive glitter art on their faces (ages 3+) for just an additional £50. Please let us know on your booking form if you want to add this extra.

The 2-hour fully hosted princess package with one princess, accommodating up to 25 children, offers great value and ensures an enchanting experience for everyone involved.
Adding an additional princess to the party for just is a great way to double the magic and allows for up to 35 children.
You can add up to 4 characters to this package.
It's important to ensure that the party remains enjoyable and manageable for both the children and the princesses. Limiting the number of children to no more than 35 for this package will help maintain a comfortable and engaging environment for everyone involved. This way, each child can receive individual attention and fully immerse themselves in the princess-themed activities and experience.

We require a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure the date and time this ensures that both parties are committed to the event. This deposit will help guarantee the availability of the princesses and allow for proper planning and preparations for the party. Failure to send a deposit within 24 hours after receiving your Booking form will unfortunately mean your date is offered to the next in line (we would hate for you to miss out!)
